Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm, professional service
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders via POS system
- Deliver orders efficiently while maintaining food quality standards
- Process payments and handle cash transactions securely
- Monitor tables to ensure timely refills and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Maintain clean dining areas and uphold sanitation protocols
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Must be 18+ years old (alcohol service certification a plus)
