Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and break down event venues according to client specifications
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, information assistance, and problem resolution
- Execute event safety protocols and emergency procedures as trained
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution and attendee satisfaction
- Manage inventory and equipment during events with attention to detail
- Represent the brand professionally through consistent communication and appearance

Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork orientation
