Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly service to guests while maintaining tables and ensuring cleanliness
- Expertly navigate our seasonal menu and wine list with product knowledge
- Process orders accurately through POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and manage payments
- Contribute to opening/closing duties including restocking stations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team to maintain seamless service during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience in high-volume establishment
- Valid California Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
