Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Manage 3-4 tables during peak shifts while maintaining accuracy and speed
- Process payments and reconcile POS systems with precision
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order execution
- Ensure cleanliness and table turnover standards are exceeded
- Handle guest inquiries/complaints with professionalism and grace
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and genuine love for hospitality
