Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm hospitality and attention to detail
- Accurately take and process guest orders using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order fulfillment
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations and service areas
- Handle payments and POS transactions accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with positive solutions
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant/server experience preferred (training provided)
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol
