Responsibilities
- Greet, seat, and attend to 15-20 guests per shift
- Process orders via digital POS system with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar for seamless service flow
- Present/deliver food/beverages maintaining quality standards
- Handle cash payments and reconcile daily sales
- Maintain clean, sanitized dining stations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience
- CA Food Handler Card (or obtain within 72hrs)
- Advanced knowledge of wine/beer pairings
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand 8+ hours
- Exceptional time management under pressure
- POS system proficiency (Toast/Revel preferred)
- Flexible availability including holidays
- Local Fresno residency preferred
