Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, and specials
- Process orders and payments accurately using POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain clean, organized station and dining area standards
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and grace
- Contribute to positive team environment during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety protocols and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual upscale restaurant experience
- Strong knowledge of beverage service including wine, craft cocktails, and beer
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- TAMS/POS system proficiency preferred
- Massachusetts Alcohol Server Certification (TIPS/ServSafe)
