Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process payments accurately and efficiently via POS systems
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff for timely order fulfillment
- Maintain pristine dining areas and sanitation standards
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Support opening/closing duties including station setup and breakdown
- Contribute to team success during peak rushes and special events
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience preferred
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Valid California Food Handler Card (or obtain within 30 days)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities
