Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with professionalism and warmth
- Master menu knowledge and wine pairings for upselling
- Process orders accurately via our POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Support opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience required
- TX Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Team player with positive attitude
