Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Process orders accurately using our digital POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams during peak hours
- Maintain pristine dining stations and adhere to sanitation protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a positive, solution-oriented approach
- Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Nashville's culture
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and team training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional server experience in high-volume establishment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Tennessee Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain within 7 days)
- Proficiency with modern POS systems (Toast, Square, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
