As a Server at The Vigilante, you are the face of our brand. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience, from the moment they walk through the door to the moment they leave. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and seating patrons promptly and warmly.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders with precision, accuracy, and a focus on speed.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service station and dining area at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with grace and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer-facing hospitality role is preferred but not required for enthusiastic learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining high energy levels.
- Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Toast, Micros) is a plus.
- Must be 21 years or older to serve alcohol (if applicable).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
