Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service with attention to detail
- Accurately process orders and payments via POS system
- Upsell menu specialties and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery
- Maintain clean, sanitized dining stations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant server experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid Maryland Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
