Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with warm, personalized interactions
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy in orders
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Process payments and operate POS systems efficiently
- Uphold strict cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening/closing duties as scheduled
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/server experience preferred
- Must be TABC certified (or obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional knowledge of food/wine pairings
- Ability to stand 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs regularly
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Positive attitude under peak pressure situations
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and special events
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler's card required
