Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, professional hospitality
- Accurately take and process guest orders using our POS system
- Manage a clean, well-stocked station with attention to detail
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and with a positive attitude
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and payment processing
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol (TABC certification provided)
