Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and beverage recommendations
- Process orders accurately through POS systems and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table rotations and maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Contribute to a positive team culture during peak dining hours
- Assist with opening/closing duties as scheduled
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant server experience preferred
- TX Alcohol Seller Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards
- Valid Texas Food Handler's Certificate
