- Process payments accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity

- Ensure dining area cleanliness and table resetting between guest rotations
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and check average
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a positive, solution-oriented approach
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs

- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy and cash handling
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
