Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Process payments accurately and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Participate in opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in high-volume restaurant preferred
- Michigan Alcohol Server Certification (TIPS/Michigan BASSET)
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
