Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, beverage service, and food delivery
- Master menu knowledge including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen information
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order execution
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas throughout shifts
- Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality service experience required
