- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless guest experiences
- Manage payment transactions and maintain cash accuracy
- Upsell premium menu items and seasonal specials
- Ensure dining area cleanliness and table turnover efficiency
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- TIPS certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Ability to multitask during peak hours while maintaining composure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
