Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests from seating to checkout
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless table service
- Maintain clean, organized tables and dining stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking supplies
- Upsell specials and high-margin menu items
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30+ lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Ohio Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
