Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Manage 4-6 tables per shift with precision timing for courses
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak hours
- Maintain immaculate table settings and dining area cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to food safety protocols and liquor service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/server experience preferred
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with frequent lifting (15-30 lbs)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service compliance
