Responsibilities
- Set up and tear down event infrastructure including tents, staging, and audiovisual equipment
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes with provided tablets and supplies
- Operate event-specific tools like sound systems, lighting rigs, and interactive displays
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures using provided safety gear
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams using supplied communication devices
- Execute post-event breakdown and equipment inventory with provided tools
Qualifications
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for equipment transport)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic technical aptitude for operating provided AV equipment
