Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee drinks according to company standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation and café environment
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while upselling products
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
