Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Master 25+ menu items and 50+ wine selections
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Open/close duties including station setup/reset
- Upsell specials and premium menu items
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- 1+ years high-volume restaurant experience required
- ServSafe alcohol certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast/Revel)
- Strong attention to detail and memory
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Availability to work weekends/holidays
