Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with warm, personalized interactions
- Expertly manage order accuracy and timing for 4-6 tables
- Process payments and POS transactions efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless operations
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness
- Upsell specials and premium menu items
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
Qualifications
- 6+ months restaurant server experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Baltimore Food Handler certification (or obtainable)
- Strong knowledge of wine/beer/spirits
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Valid Maryland ID and reliable transportation
