Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, beverage refills, and check processing
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery
- Upsell specials and premium menu items to enhance guest experience
- Maintain clean dining areas and sanitize tables between seatings
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a friendly demeanor
- Adhere to food safety and health code regulations
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- TX Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Strong knowledge of wine/beer fundamentals
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Basic POS system proficiency
