Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Present menus, answer detailed questions about ingredients and preparation, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Deliver orders promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Handle payments, process tips accurately, and ensure the dining area is clean and organized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a server in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
