Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with warm, personalized hospitality
- Expertly navigate our seasonal menu and craft cocktail offerings
- Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate cash handling
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order execution
- Uphold impeccable cleanliness standards for dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with grace
- Actively participate in pre-shift briefings and team meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional serving experience preferred
- Texas Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail service
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- TAMU Responsible Alcohol Service certification preferred
