Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional tableside service with attention to detail and professionalism
- Accurately process orders using our POS system while maintaining order integrity
- Upsell premium menu items and beverage selections to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams during peak service hours
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining area cleanliness standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with grace and efficiency
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or upscale restaurant experience required
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Valid DC Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) certification
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
