Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service while maintaining knowledge of menu, specials, and ingredients
- Process payments accurately using our POS system and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless order execution
- Reset and maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations throughout shifts
- Address guest inquiries promptly and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Assist in opening/closing duties including restocking supplies and sanitizing areas
- Contribute to a positive team culture through communication and collaboration
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
