Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient table service to all guests
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders
- Upsell appetizers, beverages, and specials
- Manage payment transactions and POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen and support staff
- Maintain clean, stocked dining stations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience
- Knowledge of New Mexican cuisine preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
