Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Expertly navigate POS system and process payments accurately
- Master 20+ craft cocktails and seasonal menu items
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak rushes
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Contribute to daily inventory and side work duties
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining/server experience preferred
- MA alcohol service certification (TIPS/RESponsible)
- Exceptional multitasking and time management skills
- Positive attitude and genuine hospitality passion
- Ability to stand/walk 6+ hours per shift
- Weekend/holiday availability required
- Basic knowledge of wine/beer pairings
