Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service while maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Process orders efficiently using our digital POS system while ensuring accuracy
- Manage table rotations and timing to optimize guest satisfaction
- Handle payment transactions and maintain cash accountability
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff during peak service periods
- Uphold cleanliness standards for dining areas and service stations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
- Basic POS system proficiency (training provided)
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
