Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and weekend rushes
- Prepare and serve specialty beverages, pastries, and seasonal menu items
- Maintain spotless cleanliness and organized workstations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with inventory management and stocking duties
- Uphold food safety standards and health code compliance
Qualifications
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
