Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/out with precision and warm hospitality during weekend shifts
- Coordinate concierge services and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Oversee weekend housekeeping staff assignments and quality assurance
- Handle weekend reservation modifications and special event logistics
- Conduct property walkthroughs to maintain safety and cleanliness standards
- Assist with weekend event setup and VIP guest reception
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible weekend availability (Fri-Sun evenings required)
- Proficient in property management software (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license (for resort errands)
- Fluent English; Spanish proficiency preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
