Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm professionalism and menu knowledge
- Process orders accurately using our digital POS system
- Manage station cleanliness and table turnover efficiency
- Upsell premium menu items and seasonal specials
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow
- Resolve guest inquiries with prompt, courteous solutions
- Contribute to daily prep and closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Washington State Food Handler Permit required
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail service
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Basic cash handling and POS proficiency
