Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, including order taking, beverage service, and meal delivery
- Master menu knowledge and wine pairings to enhance guest experiences
- Process payments accurately through POS systems and reconcile cash drawers
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas and restock stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or upscale restaurant experience
- Philadelphia Food Handler's certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast experience preferred)
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail service
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
