Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly table service while maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials, and ingredients
- Process orders accurately using our POS system while ensuring timely food and beverage delivery
- Manage table cleanliness and reset stations efficiently during peak hours
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and grace
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols including proper food handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of restaurant serving experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
