Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with menu knowledge and beverage recommendations
- Process orders accurately using POS systems and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage table assignments and maintain clean, organized dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and upsell specials/promotions
- Collaborate with servers, hosts, and bartenders for seamless operations
- Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking and cleaning
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Knowledge of craft beer, wine, and cocktail service
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency (training provided)
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
