Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, personalized attention to all guests
- Expertly present and serve seasonal menu items while maintaining impeccable timing
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain pristine dining areas, restocking stations as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Contribute to a positive team environment through open communication
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant serving experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic knowledge of wine/beer pairings a plus
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
