Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with menu expertise and wine knowledge
- Process orders accurately through POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery
- Manage station cleanliness and table resets
- Upsell specials and high-margin menu items
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant server experience required
- Indiana Alcohol Server Certification (TIPS)
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Food safety knowledge
- Positive, guest-focused attitude
