Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and provide detailed menu recommendations
- Accurately process food/beverage orders and payments
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service
- Maintain clean dining areas and stocked service stations
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Upsell specials and high-margin items
- Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic POS system knowledge
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service
- Food Handler/Seller certification preferred
