Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at high-profile events (concerts, conventions, weddings)
- Manage VIP guest experiences and coordinate with venue staff
- Execute crowd control and safety protocols during large-scale events
- Set up, maintain, and break down event spaces to premium standards
- Assist with vendor coordination and logistical operations
- Represent brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
- Handle cash transactions and payment processing for premium services
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event/hospitality experience
