Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, including order taking, food delivery, and beverage refills
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain clean dining areas and sanitize tables between guests
- Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a friendly, solution-oriented approach
- Adhere to food safety protocols and health department regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume setting
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Arizona Food Handler's Certificate required
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork mentality
- Must be 18+ years of age
