Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with genuine hospitality
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables during peak hours
- Process orders and payments accurately via POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless operations
- Maintain pristine dining standards and cleanliness
- Upsell specials and premium menu items
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining/server experience preferred
- Florida Alcohol Server Certification (must obtain if not certified)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 4+ hour shifts
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic POS system proficiency
