Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with wine/beer knowledge and menu expertise
- Process payments accurately using POS systems while maintaining financial accountability
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless order execution
- Manage table rotation and optimize seating efficiency during peak hours
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to food safety standards and cleanliness protocols
- Contribute to team training and service culture refinement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual restaurant experience
- TIPS certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast/Revel preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
