Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with knowledge of seasonal menu items and wine pairings
- Process orders accurately through POS systems while maintaining cleanliness of dining areas
- Upsell specialty cocktails, appetizers, and desserts to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless service
- Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain sanitation standards
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and post-shift closing duties
- Support team during peak hours and special events
Qualifications
- 1+ years of fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Wine/beer certification a plus but not required
