Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with wine knowledge and menu expertise
- Process orders accurately via POS systems while maintaining table cleanliness
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak hours
- Handle payments and reconcile cash registers daily
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure positive experiences
- Adhere to safety protocols and liquor compliance regulations
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining/casual restaurant experience required
- Colorado alcohol server certification (Mandatory)
- Ability to stand 6+ hours and lift 30 lbs regularly
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Basic POS system proficiency (Toast, Revel, etc.)
- Availability for evenings/weekends (20-30 hrs/week)
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
