Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, and daily specials
- Process orders efficiently using our modern POS system while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control
- Manage station cleanliness and table turnover during peak hours
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure positive dining experiences
- Upsell premium items and seasonal promotions to enhance revenue
- Participate in daily pre-shift briefings and inventory checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- TAMS/Alcohol Server Certification required (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols
- Strong team player with positive attitude under pressure
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas Food Handler's Certificate
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
