Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with extensive menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless execution
- Manage payment transactions and maintain POS system integrity
- Uphold cleanliness standards through table resets and station maintenance
- Build rapport with guests to ensure memorable dining experiences
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to maintain service flow
- Contribute to daily inventory and stock rotation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience required
- PA Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) certification mandatory
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
